Maui Malts began as a whiskey tasting group on Maui in 2018. Dubhan, Hamish, and Josh started sharing their newly discovered whiskies with one another, and quickly realized that there are many others out there who don't know much about whiskey but are more than excited to learn. We started to host monthly whiskey tastings, each with it's own unique theme. We began with the exploration of Islay Scotch Whisky, then moved on to the other regions of Scotland. Not to be confined to one country, we began to embark upon new territory. Now we've experienced whiskeys from all over the world: France, Germany, Iceland, Austria, Ireland, Canada, and (Josh's favorite) America.

Now that we've become so enamored with whiskey, we want to continue to share that passion with even more people. And there's no better place than Maui to do just that. As people come here from all over the world, we realized that we have a unique opportunity to share our passion of whiskey. Which has led to our development of a one-of-a-kind whiskey service.
